1. Drinking Kangen Water pH 8.5

Drink Kangen Water pH 8.5 for the first two weeks and gradually increase pH level every 1 to two weeks.

2. Drinking Kangen Water pH 9.0

Drink Kangen Water pH 9.0 on the 2^ndor 3^rdweek and gradually increase pH level every 1 to two weeks. It is also good for coffee, tea, cooking rice, making soups, and all sorts of cooking. Used by restaurants which enhances the taste of rice, soups and food prepared using Kangen water.

3. Drinking Kangen Water pH 9.5

Drink Kangen Water pH 9.5 on the 3^rdor 6th week.

Note:

· Baby food and formula should always be mixed with Kangen water.

· Kangen water water should not be taken 30 mins before or after meals

· Give pH 8.5 to 9.0 for ages 1 to 12 and always start with pH 8.5

· 12 years old and above can drink pH 8.5 to pH9.5

4. Clean Water pH 7.0

Medications

Do not drink Kangen Water about 30 minutes prior to taking medication. Drink Clean water when taking medications and prescription drugs. Resume drinking Kangen water after 30 minutes of taking your medications.

Spray with 2.5pH to neutralize any bacteria that may be present. When that has completely air-dried, apply a cloth soaked in pH 11.5 Strong Alkaline Water. Leave it on for 5-15 minutes; follow with Beauty Water. Repeat this procedure at least twice per day. Where inflammation or infection is not evident, use Beauty Water on target area.

· Cuts and scrapes

For cuts and wounds, use pH 2.5 Strong Acidic water at least once a day. It kills bacteria and viruses. Soak wound in Beauty Water or soak a cloth and apply to the area and allow 3 minutes to air dry. It alleviates pain, tighten pores and stops bleeding.

Drink glasses of 2.5pH / day

The type of water used depends on the plant and the soil, and different kinds of plants prefer different kinds of water. Look up the plants you are interested in to determine if they prefer acid or alkaline water. For instance, blueberry bushes and roses prefer Beauty Water, which is slightly acidic.

Roses grow most vibrantly with pH 5.5 – 6.5, so you may want to experiment with Slightly Acidic Water (set at pH 6.0).
